Company DescriptionJob Description The Coordinator works closely with the department to run the day-to-day operations. This includes but is not limited to; processing distribution, change log, attending daily event order meetings and creating sign-in sheets.
Job Responsibilities:
- The Coordinator is responsible answering phones professionally.
- Is responsible for confirming appointments.
- The Coordinator is to expeditiously handle visitors.
- Will focus on maintaining the cleanliness of the office area.
- Assists director and managers with all tasks, including scheduling, typing, filing, photocopying, distributing, ordering and closing checks in our current POS system.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Qualifications - Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner.
- The ability to communicate in a 2nd language is a plus.
- Previous work experience as receptionist, secretary or other administrative position in a high-end, luxury or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Experience with multi-line phone system a plus.
- Must be computer literate, including MS Office and Outlook.
- Knowledge of MICROS and Delphi "Symphony" is a plus.
- Requires the ability to follow directions and work efficiently within a team environment.
