Hiring Now for Coordinated Family Support Instructors - Full Time Positions. Pay $26-$29/hr + $1,000 sign-on bonus. Work Locations - Burbank and surrounding areas Shifts: 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday, occasional weekends requirements
In this role you will be responsible for:- Future planning for individuals
- Training to increase independence
- Assistance with generic resources (i.e. IHSS, Medi-Cal, CalFresh, Social Security, Meals, etc.)
- Assistance with scheduling services (i.e. Conservatorship, Legal Aid, Applications, etc.)
Requirements:- Bilingual English and/or Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, Armenian (read and write)
- Case Management experience
- Experience connecting individuals with generic resources
- Current Driver's License
- Current Auto Insurance
- Provide transportation in personal vehicle
