COOP Planner with Security Clearance

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a COOP Planner to join a National Security Contract located in Colorado Springs, CO through 100% full onsite presence . The COOP Planner will create and implement a standard operating procedure in a mission-critical and often weather-impacted environment. This role requires experience with technical writing and research and technical planning. Responsibilities of the COOP Planner include: Create and implement comprehensive COOP plans in compliance with federal continuity regulations Run risk and vulnerability assessments of COOP plan to ensure emergency preparedness and maintain online presence through natural disasters or emergencies Design reports and presentations to support COOP initiatives, provide recommendations for continuity to internal and external stakeholders Qualifications of the COOP Planner include: 10+ years of experience in COOP planning or emergency management 5+ years of experience in technical writing Experience supporting a federal agency in a contract writing environment Active secret clearance Compensation for the COOP Planner includes: Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000 depending on experience Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Plan, Holidays, PTO, sick leave as required by law
