Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete all mandatory training, including Zaxby's Back of House Development Plan and hands-on training at various stations.
  • Provide friendly and enthusiastic service to each guest.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and represent the Zaxby's brand positively.
  • Assist in guest service and support front-of-house operations.
  • Prepare menu items according to company standards, ensuring all food is cooked safely and hygienically.
  • Safely use and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
  • Help manage inventory by receiving deliveries and keeping storage areas tidy.
  • Complete all tasks efficiently and safely while adhering to company procedures.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned while maintaining a sense of urgency.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Available to work between 9 to 28 hours per week.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Occasional stooping, bending, crouching, or climbing.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Continuous use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good judgement and visual perception to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Willingness to work in various temperature conditions and manage food allergens.
  • Capability to operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and fryers.
