- Provide friendly and enthusiastic service to each guest.
- Stay informed about current promotions and represent the Zaxby's brand positively.
- Assist in guest service and support front-of-house operations.
- Prepare menu items according to company standards, ensuring all food is cooked safely and hygienically.
- Safely use and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
- Help manage inventory by receiving deliveries and keeping storage areas tidy.
- Complete all tasks efficiently and safely while adhering to company procedures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned while maintaining a sense of urgency.
Qualifications: - Must be at least 16 years old.
- Available to work between 9 to 28 hours per week.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Occasional stooping, bending, crouching, or climbing.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Continuous use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Good judgement and visual perception to ensure a safe working environment.
- Willingness to work in various temperature conditions and manage food allergens.
- Capability to operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and fryers.
