Your Responsibilities:
  • Complete training requirements to enhance your skills.
  • Deliver friendly, high-energy service to every guest.
  • Stay updated on current promotions.
  • Represent the Zaxby's brand with enthusiasm.
  • Assist with guest service and front of house operations.
  • Prepare menu items with precision and according to company standards.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation rules during food handling.
  • Safely use food preparation and cooking equipment.
  • Keep stock levels maintained in your assigned stations for immediate service.
  • Accurately package and assemble guest orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
  • Handle inventory and storage management efficiently.
  • Receive and stock incoming inventory deliveries.
  • Adhere to food safety guidelines in storing food items.
  • Notify management when inventory needs replenishing.
  • Organize storage areas for optimal efficiency.
  • Complete tasks promptly and safely following guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Availability to work between 9 and 28 hours per week.
Required Skills:
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Occasional stooping, bending, crouching, or climbing is necessary.
  • Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting.
  • Continually use hands and wrists in grasping and manipulating tasks.
  • Strong communication skills in speech, reading, and writing.
  • Maintain effective observational skills to respond to the work environment.
  • Work comfortably in varying temperature conditions and manage potential allergens.
  • Safely operate kitchen equipment, including knives, fryers, etc.
