Part Time. Days

Shifts: 6:00AM -2:00PM/9:30AM- 6:00PM. Weekend and Holiday rotations are required.

Wage is based on experience. $16.76 - $18.08/hr. $500 Sign on Bonus applies.

BCH is looking for an passionate and experienced institutional Cook who will support all resident and patient nutritional needs. If you are looking for a meaninful and rewarding career, this is for you.

Our team follows established menus and recipes in producing high volume meals from scratch including breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, snacks and special events. Attention to Dietary restrictions and medical therapy details is required.

Our work schedules vary depending on staffing needs. All shifts are 8 hours. Rotating Weekends and Holiday shifts are a regular requirement. Excellent attendance and reliability are extremely important to ensure high quality meal production. Interested candidates must be flexible and team oriented.

Requires:
  • HS or GED
  • One year of institutional cooking experience
  • Must hold current Serve Safe Certification
  • Ability to add/subtract using units of measurement, volume, and distance.
  • Associate is regularly required to stand, walk, reach climb, kneel, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
