What You'll Do
  • Cook and prepare a variety of food products, meats, vegetables, poultry, sauces, soups, desserts
and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to daily needs
  • Understand and abide by the company's cooking methods, kitchen rules, policies and procedures
  • Record HACCP log daily
  • Comply with all food safety standards
  • Perform all position extra duties as dictated by guest volume demands
  • Interact with all team members in a positive productive manner
  • Consistently comply with our portion and quality standards
  • Able to handle a knife efficiently and safety
  • Receive and check in daily deliveries accurately and put away in proper location
  • Maintain organization in all product storage areas (dry goods, walk-in coolers, etc.)
  • Thorough and timely cleaning of entire work area at the close of business
  • Willing to assist in other food service related areas
  • Must be available to work Saturdays and holidays as needed
  • Perform all other duties as required or assigned.
