Description
Job Duties: - Plan and prepare weekly menus and recipes, including Board of Health guidelines for preparation.
- Adds/Subtracts measurements and quantities in recipes to adjust amount of food as needed.
- Monitors/maintains inventory, ensuring appropriate quantities of food and supplies
- Receives and verifies deliveries, and ensure storage areas are maintained clean and orderly
