Job Duties:
  • Plan and prepare weekly menus and recipes, including Board of Health guidelines for preparation.
  • Adds/Subtracts measurements and quantities in recipes to adjust amount of food as needed.
  • Monitors/maintains inventory, ensuring appropriate quantities of food and supplies
  • Receives and verifies deliveries, and ensure storage areas are maintained clean and orderly
