Gallions Restaurant is seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. As a chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop exciting menus, source fresh ingredients, and uphold food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes.
  • Maintain high levels of food quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Assist in menu planning and innovation, incorporating fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage food stock, storage, and inventory to minimize waste.
  • Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive kitchen culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a high-paced restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work in a team and take leadership when necessary.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
