Description:
Glacier Hills is seeking a Full Time Cook(s) for its community in Ann Arbor. Shift: 11am-7pm working every other weekend

Cook Responsibilities not limited to:
  • Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus. Review menus prior to preparation of food.
  • Serve and prepare food that is palatable and appetizing in accordance with established portion control procedures, therapeutic diet needs, standardized recipes, special diet needs. Make only authorized food substitutions.
  • Assists in establishing a food service production line, etc., to assure that meals are prepared on time.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1 year or more of professional cooking experience preferred
