Same Day Surgery Center of Central Jersey prides itself on delivering a high-level of excellence in patient care. We are a multi-specialty surgery practice with a team of professional clinicians and medical office staff that ensures each and every patient's experience is positive on every encounter. We are seeking an experienced OR RN to join our clinical team in a full time or part time capacity. We are especially interested in clinical professionals that have experience with urology and orthopedic cases.

The ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, the ability to show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies and have the ability to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team. Operating room nurses at our facility are part of the surgical team who are responsible in planning, executing and evaluating nursing care that are provided to our surgical patients. Their works starts with preoperative treatment to postoperative intervention and other duties that may help meet the needs of the patient throughout the entire procedure, making sure that continuity of care is executed during the patient's surgical experience. Position requires weekdays only NO HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, OR CALL REQUIREMENTS. Some later evenings required. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate

Required Skills

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and hold a current unrestricted license to practice in the State of New Jersey

Required Experience

Current American Heart BLS certification and experience working as a circulator required. BSN preferred
