Cook 1 is an entry-level culinary position focused on production and basic prep work. This role is ideal for someone beginning their culinary career and looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, dependable, and committed to high standards of food quality and safety.
Responsibilities Include: - Basic food preparation including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients
- Following direction from more senior culinary team members and supporting kitchen operations
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety standards
- Receiving full training and supervision on kitchen procedures, recipes, and safety practices
- Assisting in dish-up and plating as directed
