Key Responsibilities: - Ensure daily back of house operations meet procedural guidelines.
- Prepare food items including fruits, vegetables, meats, poultry, and fish according to recipes.
- Cook meals to recipe specifications, adjusting flavors under chef's guidance.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the back of house area.
- Ensure availability of necessary kitchenware and maintain cleanliness of utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
- Perform equipment checks, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Follow food sanitation regulations for safe food handling.
Qualifications: - Some High School education or equivalent.
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Pass completion of background check and drug screening.
Preferred Skills & Traits: - Culinary degree enrollment or willingness to pursue.
- Previous cooking experience.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices in food preparation.
- Strong teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements: - Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
