Job Title: Conveyance Practice Leader

Location: Tulsa

Years of experience: Minimum of 20 Years of experience

Salary: $160- $250k

This firm is looking for an engineer with 20 years of experience who will have the opportunity to come in as a Conveyance Practice Leader focused on water and wastewater and programs across the Central region and Texas.

Requirements:

  • P.E License in Oklahoma or Texas.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering or relevant degree.
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure, asset management, CIP, or construction.
  • Experience in managing large-scale water and wastewater projects.
  • Knowledge of local, federal, and state permitting.
  • Experience in providing oversight of technical tasks and project teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed.

Brief Responsibilities:

  • Lead major projects or programs from planning to construction.
  • Provide oversight of the program schedules and budgets, and manage inter-disciplinary teams.
  • Lead a team that provides a technical solution and differentiation focused on water supply, pump stations, large-diameter pipelines, tunnels, wastewater lift stations, force mains, and collection systems.
  • Support the team's use of risk assessment in the development and prioritization of CIP.
  • Provide project executive quality control, technical leadership to support water and wastewater projects and programs.
  • Provide technical expertise to support marketing and business development.
  • Support proposal, pursuit, and project interview activities.
  • Help mentor professionals and grow the team.
