Converting Machine Operator

We are hiring Machine Operators to join our team. We are hiring for 1st shift machine operators. We work a 48 hour work week.

1st shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm (10 hours) Friday 6am-2pm (8 hours)

Swanson Wiper is a contract paper converter that converts non-woven wipers.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Complete paperwork in entirety and accurately
Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment
Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
Work in a team environment
Qualifications:

Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields
Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Operating experience required (3+ years)
Converting experience preferred
Communication skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
