Responsibilities
- Recruit and train the best people for your team, developing their operational and leadership skills.
- Coach your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products, building the store's brand and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Lead your team in driving trade activity, growing sales, and maximizing profit.
- Build your managers' knowledge to deliver and sustain the Store Change Plan, resource planned activities effectively, and resolve root cause issues with sustainable solutions.
- Prioritize safety by coaching the team to use all security tools to maintain a safe working environment.

- Excellent communication skills, sharing knowledge and working collaboratively.
- Welcoming and customer-focused attitude, building strong relationships.
- Energy and resilience to work in challenging environments, making quick decisions for the benefit of customers and colleagues.
