Summary: position programs embedded hardware devices utilizing a Python backend with a graphical user web interface programmed in Angular and cross platform programs in C .

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.
  • Develop and maintain software for embedded devices with a focus on Python backend and Angular frontend, ensuring robust security measures are implemented to safeguard against potential vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain software for cross platform applications utilizing C and Avalonia.
  • Work with cloud-based technologies to implement databasing and AI/ML.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test software solutions for embedded systems.
  • Work on the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Debug and troubleshoot software and hardware issues in embedded systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in software development.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • One to three years of related programming and software engineering with emphasis on embedded hardware and web development to display data sets.
  • Proficiency in Python and C for backend development and Angular for frontend development.
  • Experience with embedded hardware devices.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Knowledge of hardware interfaces and protocols.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to analyze, through critical thinking, a verity of solutions to any one problem or improved methods to accomplish identical tasks.
