Job Description: Controls Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and interpret logic and flow diagrams for program development
- Commission industrial fieldbus networks such as Profibus, Profinet, and EthernetIP
- Integrate and program multi-axis robotic systems (Kuka, Fanuc, ABB)
- Program and troubleshoot Cognex vision systems
- Review and modify electrical schematics to reflect as-built conditions
- Conduct I/O checks for automated equipment
- Execute minor electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical modifications to systems
Qualifications:
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience programming PLCs such as Siemens S7, Allen Bradley RSLogix500/5000
- Familiarity with HMI platforms including WinCC Flex, PanelBuilder, RSView / RSView 32
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Proficient in commissioning automation and control systems

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capable of managing challenging situations with sound judgment
- Effective collaborator across departments and with clients
- Quick learner, able to adapt to unique project requirements
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed
- Must possess a valid passport throughout employment
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on engineering experience in controls or automation
