The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Controls Engineer to join a fast-growing team. This is a dynamic role offering flexibility between two office locations, a broad variety of work, and the chance to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking engineering culture.
What You'll Do
Design and program control systems using Allen Bradley hardware (Siemens experience is a plus)
Work on complex automation projects involving wire and cable equipment and custom machinery
Assist with commissioning and testing at client sites
Collaborate with a growing team across both office locations in the Concord and Monroe areas
What You Bring
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Controls Engineer
Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs
Experience with Siemens controls is a bonus (not a requirment)
Familiarity with wire and cable systems is a bonus (not a requirment)
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities
