Controls Engineer (100k-130k)

On-site Position - Buffalo, NY

Education and/or Experience

Associate degree with 5 years' experience, bachelor's degree preferred, with background in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering or relevant field. Experience in food manufacturing or a similar manufacturing environment is desired. Knowledge of AUTOCAD would be beneficial, but not necessary.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Experience with Microsoft Office Software. Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence. Must possess good people skills, including being able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form to other departments.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to conduct detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations.
