We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. This role is crucial to our HR operations and plays a vital role in supporting our organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

As an HRIS Analyst, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Oversee and maintain optimal function of the HRIS, including system development and enhancements, integration with other systems, data integrity, system security, and analysis.

2. Troubleshoot HRIS and database problems, unexpected results or process flaws, recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.

3. Ensure data accuracy and create custom reports to meet the requirements of HR management and staff.

4. Assist with the benefit open enrollment process within the HRIS system, ensuring all benefit changes are entered accurately and within the required timeline.

5. Provide technical support, training, and documentation to end-users.

6. Analyze, create, and maintain HRIS procedures and HR policies.

7. Develop standard and complex reports for ongoing customer needs.

8. Collaborate with HR team and other departments to develop strategies and tools for data management and integration.

9. Manage and execute HRIS projects, including system upgrades, data audits, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the HRIS Analyst position, you should meet the following criteria:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in HRIS or related field in the manufacturing industry.

2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

3. Demonstrated experience with HRIS database management, HR analytics, and HR software.

4. Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

5. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to manage large sets of data.

6. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

7. Experience with benefit open enrollment and data integration.

8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

9. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and work within tight deadlines.
