We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to lead our financial operations and help drive strategic growth. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a dynamic environment where both services and product-based revenue models are in play.

The Controller will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, cash management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of accounting principles, experience managing complex financial operations, and a strategic mindset that contributes to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to align with company goals and business cycles.
  • Maintain and enhance internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and protect company assets.
  • Analyze financial performance, provide insights to senior leadership, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Coordinate and support annual audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Oversee cash flow, balance sheet management, and financial risk assessment.
  • Support system integrations and improvements, especially where finance interacts with operations or service delivery platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management, including experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller.
  • Experience with both recurring revenue streams (e.g., service contracts) and capital sales (e.g., equipment, hardware) is a plus.
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; experience with system integrations a bonus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
