Position Overview
We are seeking a Controller to oversee the company's accounting and financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining robust internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all accounting and financial operations of the company
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
• Lead the monthly close process, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Manage the POC (Percent of Completion) revenue recognition process
• Develop and maintain effective internal controls
• Identify and manage financial risks
• Provide team leadership, mentoring, and performance evaluations
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial systems and data integrity
• Provide training and feedback to team members
• Perform monthly analysis and reporting
• Utilize Deltek Vantage Point and other financial systems to aid in decision making
• Manage M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) activities
• Oversee the General Ledger, ERP, and NetSuite systems
• Manage state sales tax compliance
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, CPA preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Experience in Healthcare, Retail, and/or Private Equity a plus
• Experience with Bona Fide and state sales tax
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
• Experience with FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
