Controller
Overview:
Seeking a Temporary Controller to manage finance, accounting, purchasing, and revenue functions for a multi-site healthcare operation. Work closely with the CFO on budgets, grants, and projects while supervising accounting, billing, and payroll teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial functions: accounting, payroll, AR/AP, budgeting, cash management, reporting, and audits

Develop and coordinate budgets (operating, foundation, capital, grants)

Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports with variance analysis and recommendations

Support CFO with financial modeling and project planning for new initiatives

Manage cash flow, collections, and disbursements

Lead and develop finance team with clear delegation, feedback, and performance reviews

Ensure timely completion of monthly deliverables and meet deadlines
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required

Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and analysis skills

Proficient with MS Office and financial reporting tools

Effective coach and team leader, adaptable in fast-paced environments
