Controller - International Manufacturer
Location: On-Site in Reading, PA

Are you a strategic and hands-on financial leader with a deep understanding of manufacturing operations and cost accounting? We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our team at our largest manufacturing plant, which generates $650M-$800M in annual revenue. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in financial management at a premier international manufacturer.

• Lead all financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the plant.

• Oversee cost accounting and ensure accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and financial controls.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies while maintaining strong internal controls.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the plant finance team.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).

• Extensive manufacturing industry experience with a strong focus on cost accounting.

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Proven track record in financial analysis, cost reduction strategies, and ERP systems (SAP a plus).

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work on-site in Reading, PA.
