Controller - Manufacturing Industry

Location: Pottsville, PA
Compensation: $150K - $185K + Bonus (16-21%)
Vacation: 3 Weeks

What We're Looking For

  • Manufacturing Finance Expertise - Minimum of five years of financial leadership in a manufacturing environment.

  • Analytical & Strategic Thinker - Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

  • Education - B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Tech-Savvy - Oracle experience is a plus.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly closing cycles, ensuring accurate reflection of financial position (P&L, capital base, cash flow).
  • Provide financial analysis and guidance to plant leadership to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the operation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and reporting standards.
  • Develop and mentor a team of finance and procurement professionals.
  • Work closely with operations to drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
