Key Responsibilities - Lead monthly closing cycles, ensuring accurate reflection of financial position (P&L, capital base, cash flow).
- Provide financial analysis and guidance to plant leadership to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
- Oversee planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the operation.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and reporting standards.
- Develop and mentor a team of finance and procurement professionals.
- Work closely with operations to drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
