The Controller will oversee all financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. This role is critical in maintaining financial integrity, optimizing financial processes, and supporting the company's growth strategy. The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial services, lending operations, and regulatory compliance.

Job Details- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably within the lending or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance in the lending sector.
- Experience with financial software, ERP systems, and loan management platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving financial environment.
