Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
2. Coordinate, analyze, and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors (financial performance, projections and other special projects as required).
3. Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties.
4. Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review firms performance.
5. Develop, implement and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting, employee relations (hiring/terminating policies) and other corporate policies.
6. Proficiency in all aspects of corporate accounting and all pertinent GAAP, SEC rules and regulations including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
7. Responsible for all corporate and human resource activities including employee benefits, retirement plans, corporate insurance and related activities. This includes the coordination of these activities with all satellite offices as well.
8. You must have strong experience with project-based accounting, percentage of completion, work in process (WIP), and overhead allocation.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. An MBA, CPA, or CMA is highly desirable.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong understanding of Accounting, GAAP, ERP systems, Manufacturing Accounting, Inventory Management, and month-end close processes.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
5. Strong analytical, strategic planning and communication skills.
6. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and quick recall.
7. Ability to work with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
