A Controller job in Glendale, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This fully onsite role requires candidates to have 3+ years of accounting experience conducting month and year end close, within a manufacturing environment preferred, along with payroll processing experience. In this position, you will prepare month and year end close of internal financial statements, oversee cash flow management, prepare financial reports, and assist with development of the financial budget. This position will also manage payroll and some human resources responsibilities, oversee AP/AR, prepare tax reports, and manage open enrollment. Controller job responsibilities include:
- Prepare month and year end close process
- Oversee cash flow management
- Prepare financial reports and analysis
- Support and assist in the development of the financial budget
- Manage payroll and some human resources responsibilities
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare tax reports
- Manage open enrollment

Requirements for Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; CPA a plus
- 3+ years of Accounting experience, within a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience with month and year-end accounting processes required
- Experience with human resources duties and payroll processing
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills needed
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
