Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller at Bentley World Packaging Ltd. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is located in Milwaukee, WI.
Qualifications
- Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis skills
- Experience in managing financial operations
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
- Advanced Excel skills
- CPA certification is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate month end close and yearend financial audit
- Preparation and posting of month end journal entries
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and perform necessary analysis
- Facilitate budgeting process
- Compile weekly or monthly key indicator reports and research exceptions
- Participate in cross-functional process improvement teams
- Manage Accounts Receivable, Billing, Purchasing and Accounts Payable functions
- Manage daily online banking activity
- Financial Analysis
- Provide Support for Management team, Special Projects
- Oversee Business Insurance
- Calculate and reconcile sales representative commission program
- Fixed Asset accounting
- Manage Inventory process and reconciliations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Experience working in Microsoft Great Plains accounting package
Range of pay 90,000 to 120,000 per year.
