Financial Controller
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI (In-Office, 4 Days/Week)
- Salary: $150,000 based on experience/offer acceptance
Engauge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Controller to lead the Accounting and Finance Department. This role is integral in managing financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting. The Controller will work closely with the CFO and executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial risk analysis, and strategic planning to support Engauge Workforce Solutions and Rely Contract Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements, tax filings, and compliance reports
Develop dashboards and key performance metrics to drive business decisions
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
Partner with leadership to enhance financial literacy and business performance
Ensure compliance with GAAP and implement internal controls
Collaborate on business expansion, pricing, and contract negotiations
What We're Looking For:
Degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
5+ years of progressive financial experience (payroll, tax filings a plus)
Expertise in QuickBooks, manufacturing ERP systems, and data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Experience in accounting and finance within manufacturing - Priority.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
