Controller Opportunity (Open to relo candidates)
Full time, permanent position
Location: Killdeer, ND (Will pay for relocation assistance)
Salary : Up to $130,000 + benefits A highly respected healthcare organization is seeking a dynamic Controller to lead its financial operations and drive process improvements. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will oversee accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and audits. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader with a passion for efficiency, innovation, and financial excellence. Key Qualifications:
•  2+ years of Public Accounting (Audit) experience required
•  Strong background in budgeting, financial close, and reconciliations
•  Expertise in Excel and financial modeling
•  Experience with prepaid accounts and financial reporting
•   Healthcare industry experience preferred
•  Familiarity with LAWSON Accounting Software is a plus Key Responsibilities:
•  Lead financial close processes, audits, and reconciliations
•  Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
•  Oversee A/P, payroll, and general accounting
•  Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis
•  Collaborate with the CFO on capital expenditures and financial strategy
