Requirements and Desired Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
- CPA, MBA, or other relevant qualification is a plus.
- Five or more years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Prior management and supervisory experience (3 or more years) is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices.
- Inventory Management and Cost Accounting experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership attributes with the ability to drive performance across a diverse team.
- Knowledge of financial and accounting reporting systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Internal Accounting Controls.
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Strong values and a bias for action in decision-making. Candidate must possess solid decision-analysis skills including cost/benefit analysis.
- Must be a strong communicator, comfortable navigating between local US teams and international leadership to align goals and drive efficiency.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and organize initiatives.
- Ability to connect financial data with operational insights.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables.
- Willingness to travel to Albatross Projects Americas GPS LLC. as necessary.
- May require frequent standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
