Description Robert Half is looking for a controller for a growing Cincinnati based company. The controller is responsible for the month-end close process, including the preparation of journal entries, bank and cash reconciliations and financial statement preparation. Essential Functions - Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance - 5 to 7 plus years of experience - Month-end close - Preparing financial statements - Budgeting and forecasting - Payroll - Leadership experience - FP& A knowledge Requirements - A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller role or similar - Proficient in using 3M - Extensive knowledge in Accounting Software Systems - Experience with ADP - Financial Services - Proficiency in CRM - Ability to generate reports using Crystal Reports - Strong understanding of Accounting Functions - Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) - Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) - Proven experience in Auditing - Familiarity with Budget Processes - Experience in Budgeting - Forecasting - Ability to prepare Financial Statements - Experience in Financial Statement Preparation - Experience in Financial Statements Consolidation - Familiarity with ADP - Payroll Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
