Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 + Bonus

Are you a finance leader with a passion for financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and strategic decision-making? A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Controller to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting efforts while overseeing a small but impactful team.
What You'll Do: - Lead FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial planning.
- Oversee month-end and year-end financial close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Manage and mentor two direct reports, fostering professional growth and development.
- Develop and implement costing models and financial KPIs to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial processes and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, and reporting, ideally within manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience is a plus.
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
