Job Summary:
The Controller provides strategic leadership for the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, process efficiency, and strong team performance. This role partners with finance leaders to support decision-making and drive financial transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient month-end close processes.
- Implement financial controls, transformation initiatives, and process improvements to support growth and scalability.
- Support treasury operations, audit readiness, tax compliance, and intercompany accounting.
- Oversee financial systems and drive the adoption of new technologies for greater efficiency.
- Develop and lead a high-performing accounting team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Partner with FP&A to support budgeting, variance analysis, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with leadership to align financial practices with business goals.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance; 7+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Experience in audit processes, consolidations, and ERP implementations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong Excel proficiency and process improvement mindset.
