As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, ensuring operational efficiency, and providing strategic insights to leadership. Your core duties will include:

• Accounting & Financial Oversight: Oversee all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Billing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage bank accounts, reconciliations, and cash flow to maintain financial stability and optimize working capital.
• Tax Compliance & Reporting: Handle general sales and use tax compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Audit & Compliance Leadership: Lead and coordinate the annual external audit process, working closely with auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Month-End Close & Financial Reporting: Manage the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger review.
• Strategic Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to support executive decision-making and financial planning.

The ideal Controller candidate will have:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Certifications: CPA certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant accounting and financial management experience.
• Technical Expertise: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
