Multi-Site Controller - Healthcare Operations

Position Overview:

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Multi-Site Controller to lead and improve accounting operations across a wide network of clinical locations. This role calls for a financial expert who can manage multi-state complexity, drive ERP upgrades, and lead acquisition integrations while developing a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations and regulatory compliance for multiple clinic locations.
  • Lead acquisition integration, onboarding of new clinics, and ERP system implementation.
  • Manage monthly and annual financial close, reporting, and cash flow planning.
  • Develop KPIs and improve forecasting accuracy across departments.
  • Build and mentor an accounting team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison for external audits and banking relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on multi-site healthcare operations.
  • Proven success in ERP implementation, acquisition integration, and financial reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel and deep understanding of GAAP and financial controls.
