Job Title: Project/Program Manager
Duration: 1 year on W2
Schedule: 8AM-5PM with some flexibility
Location: Indianapolis, IN - Hybrid (3 days a week on-site)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Program Manager -
This role is aligned to the Engineering Technology and Safety organisation. In E24S programme management we are fully integrated with the engineering delivery teams to ensure the on-time, to cost and quality of our projects. These projects can range from existing in-service improvements to next generation New Product Introduction (NPI) and technology development.

What you will be doing:
In this role you will be responsible for the planning and execution of E24S projects for Engineering Development programmes. You will also;
• Accountable for the successful delivery to cost, specification and time for a defined package of work.
• Establish, develop and maintain the documentation necessary to deliver the group of deliverables.
• Development, administration and maintenance of the project plans - Microsoft Project Plans and integrating with the programme master schedule.
• Capturing, monitoring, and reporting of status of the full project lifecycle, including managing effective customer relationships.
• Make programme management decisions and manage stake holders.
• Develop / implement Project Management best practice in line with company management processes, including continuous improvement techniques to ensure business efficiencies and lean practices.
• Leading estimation activities
For this role, we are looking for someone who is/has:
• Degree level qualification and preferably member of the Association of Programme Management or equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience of working in a relevant discipline.
• Desirable Knowledge and experience of Systems and Software development lifecycle (V or W model), ideally with experience of working within an agile or waterfall software development project.
• Experience of leading Aerospace programmes / products through certification and introduction into service.
• Good general IT skills with a strong understating MRP Primavera P6, MS Excel, data warehouse systems and reporting tools
• The role will require an individual with a blend of analytical, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and project management skills.

• Software and hardware integration knowledge C and Linux
• Simulation background with that integration - Engine controls - Aero-space preferred - automotive acceptable
• Nice to have - not required - Agile and SCRUM structures. Person will be involved in some very broad aspects - also Waterfall
