As a Control Systems Software Engineer, you'll create automation software that powers everything from robotic assembly cells to continuous motion processing systems.

What You'll Do:
- Design and develop software programs (PLC and/or PC based) specific to customer and project requirements based on standard SDC programming methods.
- Design robust software architectures that integrate vision systems, robotics, and sensors.
- Collaborate with hardware designers and mechanical engineers with development and cross-over automation technologies, including robotics, pneumatics, servo motion systems and vision systems.
- Perform startup and debugging of systems at our facility and on-site commissioning at customers, as required.
- Document code and interface requirements clearly for maintenance and scalability.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Software, or Computer Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial automation software development.
- Ability to work quickly and diligently to troubleshot and solve machine programming challenges and manage assigned projects.
- Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, and HMI configuration.
- Familiarity with motion control, I/O configuration, and safety integration.
- Hands-on experience with robot programming and vision systems is a plus.
- Problem-solver with a passion for turning complex requirements into elegant solutions.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% for project support.
