Control & Instrumentation Engineer Duration: 6-12 months
Location: Cambridge (Hybrid)
Rate: £40-£45 per hour (outside IR35)
Essential Skillset:
- Develop and modify software for industrial control systems
- Experience working with PLC/SCADA systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Knowledge and application of Industry standards and safety regulations (IEC 61508, CEFS)
- Experience with communication protocols e.g. Profibus and Modbus
- Vast knowledge in power generation or the renewable energy sector
- Strong knowledge of DSEAR Requirements within Hazardous Areas (COMPEX 01-04)
