We need you to bring your contract management knowledge to our Space Force team, where you'll be a t rus ted advisor and a valuable collaborator who finds creative solutions to complex problems. As a Contracts Strategist on our team, you'll use your pricing, finan cia l analysis, program management, and subcontracting expertise to capture, implement, and manage a divers e range of proposals and contracts within the Space Force. In this role, you'll touch every element of government acquisition, from beginning stages to completion. You'll review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies. As a t rus ted business partner, you'll support negotiations and contract administration activities with the Space Force across a breadth of contract types. You'll also use your negotiations and strategizing skills to support analysis and teaming development, as well as assess non-disclosure agreements and organizational conflicts of interest plans. You Have: 5+ years of experience in contracts negotiation, award, and administration
Experience as federal g overnment contract spe cia list or contract administrator
Experience with major weapon s systems acquisition contracting
Experience with engineering service, research and development, production, and sof tware contracts
Experience performing price analysis, cost analysis, and cost realism
Experience with cost reimbursable and firm fixed price contracts, including incentive and award fee contracts
Experience interpreting and applying complex acquisition rules and regulations and providing actionable recommendations to clients, including senior government executives
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
DAWIA Contracting Level II Certification Nice If You Have: Experience as a Procuring Contract Officer ( PCO ) with a $5M+ contracting warrant
Experience negotiating, awarding, and administering Acquisition Category ( ACAT ) Level I through III
Experience negotiating, awarding, and administering Adaptive Acquisition Framework ( AAF ) Pathway contracts
Experience awarding and administering Other Tra nsa ction Authority ( OTAs )
Top Secret clearance
NCMA Certified Federal Contract Manager ( CFCM ) or Certified Professional Contract Manager ( CPCM ) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
