Contracts & Compliance Administrator - TEMP
QHSE Taskforce

Duties:
  1. Updating weekly actively on Sales Boards.
  2. Booking Contractor travel arrangements and monitoring payment of travel invoices.
  3. Supporting the Contracts and Compliance Manager with administration duties.
  4. Assisting team members with daily duties.
  5. Creating and issuing candidate and client contracts.
  6. Liaising externally with clients and contractors via telephone and email, and internally with consultants face-to-face to ensure smooth contract processes.
  7. Liaising with clients and candidates for renewals and raising appropriate documentation.
  8. Ensuring all necessary compliance documentation has been obtained for new contractors to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and HM Revenue and Customs requirements.
  9. Setting up and managing Candidates, Clients, and Placements on the online Timesheet and Compliance systems.
  10. Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and forwarding calls when necessary.
  11. Performing other general administrative duties as required.
Essential Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of office experience.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure or tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ideal Requirements:
  • Experience in the recruitment sector or in a sales-based environment.
  • Experience with contracts, compliance, or background screening.
