LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with our New Jersey based technology client, is seeking an experienced Contracts Attorney to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.
This position is fully onsite in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Fully remote candidates will be considered to work solely on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities:
Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and supplier agreements
Handling a high volume of contracts
Uploading and tracking contracts in the CMS
Managing projects
Advising on contract requirements and compliance
Working collaboratively with various cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years of significant contract negotiation experience
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Licensed in NJ (or in state of residence for remote candidates)
• Excellent communication skills
The anticipated pay rate range for this position is between $55 and $65/hour depending on experience.
Pay Details: $55.00 to $65.00 per hour
