LHH is working with a company seeking a remote Contract Specialist to support its commercial legal operations. This role will focus on managing contracts.
ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including sales and vendor contracts.
Manage NDAs, service agreements, and renewals with a focus on ARR/MRR.
Maintain and update standardized templates to support scalable operations.
Assess contract risks and negotiate key SaaS-related terms.
Serve as a key contact for internal teams on contract issues and processes.
QualificationsBachelor s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field; JD or paralegal certification a plus.
3 6 years of contract experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
Experience with tools like Salesforce, Conga, Google Suite, and Slack.
Must sit on the East Coast
Pay: $45-$55/hour
Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
