The Contracts and Compliance Specialist will be responsible for working closley with the logistics team to ensure documentation is in place for each supplier they're working with.

My client is a leading renewable energy company that develops and operates facilities that convert food and dairy waste into renewable energy.

Description

  • Resolve any issues that come up that may delay shipments.
  • Answer internal customer inquiries.
  • Enter PO's within Oracle, ensuring the wider team has the tax and banking documents needed in their systems.
  • Ensure that all documents get created in time and communicates with customers, 3PL partners and customs authorities about this as needed
  • Ensure that contracts with vendors and external and internal stakeholders are compliant with industry laws.

Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and ERP platforms - the team uses Oracle
  • Good admin background is a plus
  • Coming from waste management, food and beverage manufacturing, utilities, water is ideal
