Contracts Administrator (Part-time)
Location: Redwood Shores, CA - Onsite

You are a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our Legal team. In this role, you will support the department by managing contract workflows, maintaining the contracts database, and assisting with administrative tasks that ensure smooth and timely execution of agreements across the company.

This position pays: $33.00 to $35.00 per hour

What you will be doing:
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing contracts using standardized templates.
  • Track contract workflows, renewals, key milestones, and termination dates.
  • Maintain and update the contracts database, including new request records and vendor updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, IT, Purchasing) to ensure contract accuracy and data integrity.
  • Propose process improvements to streamline contract management activities.
  • Develop and help implement policies and procedures to support efficient contract handling.
  • Submit and track purchase requisitions for the Legal team.
  • Perform other administrative and contract-related tasks as needed.
What you bring:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent required
  • 2-4 years of experience in contracts administration
  • Familiarity with legal terminology, basic contract drafting, and documentation standard
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  • Experience with contract management systems (Cobblestone preferred)
  • High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, self-starter attitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively
