PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team in Lutz, Florida. This is a great opportunity for a professional with experience in government contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
MUST HAVE Previous experience with government contracts and working directly with a U.S. Government (USG) customers
MUST HAVE Experience managing CDRLs for contracts

Schedule: Onsite, 1st Shift (Hybrid schedule possible - work remotely every other Friday)
Pay: $42.31 per hour
About the Role:As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for all contracts assigned to you. You will oversee the scheduling, delivery, and follow-up for all contract requirements, ensuring that all deliverables are submitted on time. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the process.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including colleagues, leadership, and government customers, to ensure that contract requirements are met with precision and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and track the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for all assigned contracts.
Oversee scheduling, delivery, and follow-up of contract requirements to ensure on-time delivery.
Handle any issues or delays that may arise in meeting contract deadlines.
Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and external government customers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex issues related to data requirements.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with contract specifications.
Education & Experience Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of professional experience in data management or a related field.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, leaders, and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
