Job Title: Contracts Administrator / Contracts Specialist

Duration: 3-6 Months+
Payrate : $28/hr on W2
Shift Timing: 1st shift: 9 - 5 PM (Mon-Fri)
Job Description: - The purpose of this engagement is to provide temporary administrative support to the Contract Management teams. The temporary employee will assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency, support customer interactions, and ensure effective contract administration.
- To provide timely and accurate administrative support to Contract Management departments.
- To facilitate smooth communication and documentation flow between internal teams and external customers/vendors.
- To support contract lifecycle activities ensuring compliance and timely processing.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of contract documents.
- Maintain contract files and databases, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Monitor contract expiration dates and renewal deadlines, notifying relevant stakeholders.
- Support the contract review process by organizing documents and facilitating communication between legal, procurement, and business units.
- Assist in data entry and reporting related to contract compliance and performance metrics.
- Accurate and updated customer records and reports.
- Organized and complete contract documentation accessible to authorized personnel.
- Timely notifications and reminders regarding contract milestones.
- Daily logs of customer interactions and administrative activities performed.
Required Qualifications: - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably supporting Customer Service and/or Contract Management.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and contract management software (if applicable).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of Contract Administration/Management Experience.
