Position Overview As a key member of our team, you will oversee the management of complex Select National Account (SNA) and Commercial Account contracts, as well as the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. This role involves close collaboration with attorneys and various internal and external stakeholders. You will handle responsibilities related to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and manage our contract management database, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date. You'll play a significant role in providing direct support and reporting to the President, Chief Legal Officer, and Deputy General Counsel.
Your contributions will include facilitating weekly reports on SNA, Commercial Account, and RFP statuses, maintaining Servpro form agreements, and handling revisions as required. You will also engage in special projects aligned with the Legal Department's strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Manage the SNA, Commercial Account, RFP, and NDA contract processes, including scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and overseeing negotiations and revisions.
- Serve as the administrator and primary contact for the contract management database.
- Provide administrative and customer support for various tasks and goals.
- Complete special projects within specified timeframes.
- Handle general administrative tasks including responding to inquiries from clients and customers.
- Organize your calendar and Outlook tasks efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications - Proficient understanding and communication in English, both written and oral, to engage effectively with employees and clients.
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience as a paralegal, particularly in contract administration, with strong office skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Typing speed of 60 words per minute or more and experience with Lexis for legal research is preferred.
- Capability to handle major contract processes, demonstrating understanding of general contract terms and conditions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with organizational and multi-tasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive training and experience in managing intricate contract processes and preparing legal documents.
Educational Background - A High School diploma accompanied by at least two years of college coursework, including a Paralegal Certification.
Work Environment - Fast-paced and high-pressure office setting.
- Standard 40-hour work week, with potential for additional hours based on project needs.
- Minimal travel may be required for business purposes.
